المملكة: The Shura Speaker heads the Kingdom’s delegation to the meeting of the Gulf legislative councils in Bahrain

The Chairman of the Council chairs The Shura CouncilSheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Sheikh, the Kingdom’s delegation participating in the nineteenth regular meeting of the heads of the Shura, Representatives, National and Nation Councils in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, which will be held in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The President of The Shura Council The Permanent Council’s endeavor to actively participate in Gulf conferences comes as an extension of the great support and wise vision of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister – may God protect them – in strengthening Gulf cooperation, consolidating joint action, and supporting unity of ranks and integration of the Gulf process.

th For the Gulf legislative councils, and the keenness and interest it reflects in strengthening the process of Gulf cooperation, under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain – may God protect them -, appreciating the interest and continuous and constructive coordination of His Excellency the Speaker of the Bahraini Shura Council, Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh, and His Excellency the Speaker of the Bahraini Parliament, Ahmed bin Salman Al-Muslim, in order to enhance the work The joint Gulf parliament serves its goals and aspirations.

His Excellency Dr. Abdullah Al-Sheikh praised the strong fraternal ties that bring together the countries and peoples of the Gulf Cooperation Council, stressing that the periodic meetings of the legislative councils embody the support of the leaders of the GCC countries – may God protect them – for the process of joint Gulf action, and their keenness to unify the word and enhance cooperation in various fields, pointing out that Gulf parliamentary coordination in various international positions and forums enhances the unified presence of the Council countries, and reflects their enjoyment of Harmony and integration in visions and positions.

He added that these parliamentary meetings express the depth of cohesion, unity of vision and will to confront challenges and strive towards a more secure and prosperous future for the people of the region. He expressed his hope that the nineteenth regular meeting of Their Excellencies the Speakers of the Gulf Legislative Councils, scheduled to be held in Manama, will produce results that contribute to enhancing integration and supporting joint Gulf action, in order to achieve the aspirations of the peoples of the Council towards More elevation, unity and progress.

The Kingdom’s delegation participating in the nineteenth meeting of Their Excellencies the heads of the Shura, Representatives, National and Nation Councils includes His Excellency the Secretary-General of the Shura Council and member of the Parliamentary Coordination and External Relations Committee, Mr. Muhammad bin Dakhil Al-Mutairi, the Council member, member of the Parliamentary Coordination and External Relations Committee, Professor Fadl bin Saad Al-Buainain, the Council member, member of the Parliamentary Coordination and External Relations Committee, Professor Yahya bin Muhammad Al-Matroudi, and the Shura Council member, Dr. Arwa Bint. Obaid Al-Rasheed and a number of council officials.
