The President of the Council stressed that the issuance of this law was not the result of coincidence, but rather was the result of an extended national effort in which all state institutions participated, along with civil society forces, through serious deliberations and in-depth studies, which ended in the formulation of robust, modern legislation that keeps pace with developments and meets the needs of the Egyptian judicial reality, while preserving the constitutional principles and established legal constants, as the heart seeks.
