Fighting game fans are anticipating Saudi Arabia’s Hattan Al-Saif’s confrontation with Egyptian Heidi Ahmed in Al-Khobar on December 5th in the finals of the Professional Fighters League for the Middle East and North Africa region.

The confrontation bears a special character as it is the first professional fight in the career of Saudi fighter Hattan Al-Saif in the professional world, at a time when the Egyptian champion has made her way to the international level and hopes to move forward in the sport of mixed martial arts.

In the press conference held via Zoom technology, Hattan Al-Saif expressed her happiness at fighting the fight in front of the Saudi audience, noting that the support of local fans gives her additional motivation inside the ring.

She said: “My move to the professional category came after careful study and coordination with her technical team,” confirming that she recently completed an intensive training camp in Thailand that focused on developing the technical and mental aspects.

For her part, Egyptian fighter Heidi Ahmed confirmed her complete readiness for the confrontation, noting that she began her career in boxing before moving to mixed martial arts (MMA), and has a professional record that includes three victories against one loss.

Heidi said: “I know that Hattan Al-Saif is the world champion in Muay Thai, and I respect her achievements, but I am preparing with a clear plan and I am confident in my abilities.”
