The Governor of Cairo signs a cooperation protocol with Akhbar Al-Youm Foundation
Signed by Dr. Ibrahim Saber, Governor of Cairo, and journalist Islam Afifi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Akhbar Al-Youm, a cooperation protocol, under the auspices of the National Press Authority, to implement the national initiative “Your Voice Continues.” For education and training in sign language to serve citizens with disabilities under the title “Cairo is a friendly governorate for people of determination,” which aims to spread sign language to heroes with hearing and speech disabilities to meet their requests.
The signing of the protocol came during the ceremony held by the Akhbar Al-Youm Foundation Under the title “Dinner in the Dark” To distribute certificates of completion of studying Braille, in the presence of Abdel Sadiq Al-Shorbagy, Chairman of the National Press Authority, and Eng. Adel Al-Najjar, Governor of Giza, and Major General Tariq Marzouk, Governor of Dakahlia.
