During its participation in the exhibition, the agency emphasized its national “Elite” program, which was launched in 2022 with the aim of attracting and training young Emirati cadres to join the regulatory work system, explaining that the program has provided 13 training batches since its launch, which included specialized professional paths in the fields of auditing, integrity, and management, which enabled participants to contribute effectively to supporting the agency and enhancing its competencies.
