The European Union seeks to impose new sanctions on Russia

Bloomberg reported, citing sources, that European Union foreign ministers are expected to discuss the possibility of imposing new sanctions on tankers carrying Russian oil.

The agency indicated that the European Union is trying to find solutions to limit the activities of tankers that Russia uses to circumvent EU sanctions.
