المملكة: The global symposium praises the Kingdom’s care for children’s rights


The International Symposium for Islamic Youth noted the sublime and ongoing efforts made by the Kingdom in the field of protecting and caring for children’s rights, on the occasion of International Day of Health care and education, and providing a safe environment that enhances his psychological, mental and physical development.

She stressed that these efforts come as a result of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, which promoted children’s rights through educational and awareness-raising initiatives and civilized and humanitarian frameworks that reflect the wise leadership’s interest in human rights and building individuals capable of contributing to the nation’s elevation and progress, noting that this humanitarian approach of the Kingdom has extended globally to include support for children’s issues, especially the category of children. Orphans, through their sponsorship programs and various development initiatives in African and Asian countries, which contributes to improving their lives and building their future, and embodies the spirit of solidarity and compassion inherent in Saudi society.

In this context, the International Symposium for Islamic Youth affirmed its effective role in the field of child care through a wide package of educational, pedagogical and developmental programs provided to children in a number of countries, in addition to orphan sponsorship projects, psychological and social support, and activities aimed at Building their capabilities and enabling them to continue their education and improve their quality of life, as part of its humanitarian mission aimed at raising a generation that is aware and capable of contributing to building its societies.
