Program conclusion "Human Impact Content Creators" In its English version

Dubai, November 20 / WAM / The International Humanitarian Affairs Council concluded the “Humanitarian Impact Content Creators” program in its English version, as part of the “Impact Makers” initiative that the Council announced last June, in cooperation with the New Media Academy.

The program aimed to qualify 58 content creators interested in humanitarian and development affairs, from 23 countries from around the world.

The program presented an elite group of international content makers and influencers specialized in humanitarian affairs, with the aim of attracting and developing the skills of humanitarian content makers from around the world, and providing them with the tools and knowledge necessary to produce creative content that reflects global humanitarian and development initiatives and programmes.

Hussein Al-Atouli, Director of the New Media Academy, said that the “Humanitarian Impact Content Creators” program, which attracted 58 participants from more than 23 countries, reflects the rich cultural diversity enjoyed by the UAE society, and contributes to enriching global humanitarian dialogue. He pointed out that it sheds light on vital humanitarian and development issues, raises community awareness of these issues, and provides talented content makers with advanced skills to provide influential humanitarian content that contributes to enriching global humanitarian dialogue.

The program included five basic themes, including specialized workshops in: (the art of storytelling and screenwriting, photography and montage using a mobile phone, the use of artificial intelligence tools in content creation, photography for social media, digital marketing strategies and building personal identity on social media platforms).

The program attracted 600 applications for participation from more than 23 countries, 58 of whom were accepted who met the criteria and conditions for joining the program, which are that those affiliated with the program must be specialists in the field of humanitarian initiatives, interested in volunteer and humanitarian work, have previous contributions to the creation of humanitarian content, or have worked in institutions concerned in this field, and have a desire to develop their skills in the field of digital content creation. The participants also represented various professional sectors, including sectors (education, Health, mental health, community development, leadership and human resource development, non-profit organizations, care for people of determination, engineering, marketing and communications, digital marketing and e-commerce, sustainability, climate change, financial sector, real estate), in addition to creative content makers, photographers and producers.
