Interactive WhatsApp service
The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque launched a service "WhatsApp and chat Al-Haramain" As part of its modern technical system.
This step aims to enable visitors to access more than 40 various digital services through a unified interactive platform. The platform supports seven international languages, including Arabic, English, Urdu, Chinese, Turkish, French, and Malay, to ensure the comprehensiveness of the service for all visitors.
