Thani Al-Zeyoudi attends the Brazilian Embassy’s celebration on National Day
Abu Dhabi, 21 November / WAM / His Excellency Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, Minister of Foreign Trade, attended yesterday evening the reception held by His Excellency Sidney Leon Romero, Ambassador of the Republic of Brazil to the country, on the occasion of his country’s National Day.
The ceremony was also attended by a number of senior state officials, heads of Arab and foreign diplomatic missions accredited to the state, in addition to a number of Brazilian businessmen and members of the Brazilian community residing in the state.
In his speech on this occasion, the Brazilian ambassador praised the depth of relations between his country and the UAE, stressing his country’s constant endeavor to develop bilateral relations and open new horizons for cooperation and joint work between the two friendly countries.
He said that diplomatic relations between the two countries are strengthening at all levels, and that the UAE is considered a strategic partner for Brazil in the region.
