Head of the Egyptian community in Oman: Great turnout to vote in the elections "Representatives"

The president of the Egyptian Community Club in the Sultanate of Oman, Abdel Rahman Assi, confirmed that the second day of the second round elections for the House of Representatives is witnessing a large turnout from Egyptians abroad, pointing to the effective role of the National Elections Authority in overcoming all technical and logistical obstacles.
Assi said – in a telephone interview with (Extra Life) channel, today, Saturday – that the efforts of the National Authority were clear from the first day of voting, as it worked to Facilitating procedures and ensuring the smooth flow of the voting process, noting the Authority’s continuous follow-up through embassies, whether with regard to raising awareness of the importance of participation and performing the constitutional duty, or providing logistical facilities to ensure the smooth running of the electoral process.
He praised the keenness of the members of the Egyptian community to participate in the House of Representatives elections, stressing that this reflects their deep connection to their homeland, pointing out that the turnout rate in Muscat is high as usual.
