Cumulus cloud formations on the mountains of Fujairah

Fujairah, November 24 / WAM / Various areas of the Emirate of Fujairah, especially the mountainous areas and the eastern plains, are witnessing the formation of cumulonimbus clouds during this time amid noticeable activity of moderate to active winds.

These cumulonimbus clouds are expected to cause light to moderate rain at varying intervals during the coming days, with the possibility of the formation of local thunderstorm cells in the eastern highlands.

This situation comes within the usual weather changes that the region witnesses during this period of December every year, coinciding with the onset of the winter season, and what usually accompanies it a gradual drop in temperatures.
