A person was arrested in Kafr El-Sheikh for advertising for a candidate for the House of Representatives, in violation of the Elections Authority’s regulations

The security services concerned with securing one of the electoral districts in the Bella Police Station in Kafr El-Sheikh were able to arrest a driver residing in the station’s district while he was driving around the district’s perimeter in an open car (a tow truck) with a loudspeaker and a picture of one of the candidates, urging citizens to cast their votes in his favour.

The car was seized and legal measures were taken against him because he was carrying out propaganda in violation of the controls of the National Elections Authority… and the Public Prosecution took over the investigation. In the incident.
