The Governor of Cairo witnesses the opening of the Kuwaiti Week in Egypt to enhance economic and cultural cooperation between the two countries

Ibrahim Saber, Governor of Cairo, in the presence of Major General Khaled Fouda, Advisor to the President of the Republic for Local Development, witnessed the opening of the Kuwaiti Week activities in Egypt, held under the patronage of Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, and with the participation of a number of ministers, ambassadors and officials. 

Kuwait Week is one of the most prominent events organized annually to strengthen the partnership between Egypt and Kuwait, highlight the depth of historical relations between the two countries, and open new horizons for cooperation in the economic and trade fields. And investment, in light of the development boom witnessed by Egypt in recent years.

 

The forum provides a platform that brings together representatives of government agencies and the private sector from the two countries, through economic, cultural and media activities that contribute to encouraging investment and exchanging experiences, and providing the opportunity for businessmen to discuss opportunities for partnerships and joint projects.

 

The Governor of Cairo stressed that the Kuwaiti Week represents An important window to enhance cooperation in the fields of economy, industry, energy, education, media and tourism, in addition to supporting innovation, entrepreneurship and exchanging experiences in the fields of sustainable development and technology, which reflects positively on the Egyptian and Kuwaiti economies.

 

He added that the event is not limited to the economic aspect, but rather represents a bridge for cultural and social communication between the two brotherly peoples, and reflects the keenness of both sides to consolidate continuous cooperation.

 

And On the sidelines of the events, the Governor of Cairo visited the Cairo Governorate Exhibition, which includes handicraft and heritage products and productive families.
