Social Security said, through a frequently asked questions guide, that the value of the support may change based on the following factors:

The support platform aims to provide the required support to beneficiaries of Governmental support provided in the Deficiency in the amount of support, the beneficiary can easily file a financial complaint through the platform, by creating a ticket, and following these steps:
1- Enter the support and social protection platform.
2- Choose my support programs.
3- Click on financial payments.
4- Attach documents or proof of deficiency.
5- Specify the complaint classification: incomplete payment or zero.
6- Attach documents or proof of deficiency.
7- Click on Send Complaint.
8- Choose Confirm Send to complete the request.
