"Sharjah Sports" And the Emirates Elite Sports are discussing mechanisms " Caring for the gifted"

Sharjah, November 26 / WAM / The Sharjah Sports Council and the delegation of the Emirates Committee for Elite and High Level Sports at the Ministry of Sports reviewed the mechanisms for implementing the committee’s program, the data for national team players, the plans for caring for talented players, the program for developing the physical capabilities of Sharjah club players, and the approved timetable.

These details were announced during the joint meeting between the two sides, in the presence of Faris Al Zaabi, Director of Strategic Projects and Partnerships at the Emirates Committee for Elite and High Level Sports, Dean Keneally, Director of High Level Sports, and the technical team, and Imran Al Jasmi, who is assigned the duties of Director of the Sports Affairs and Development Department, at the Sharjah Sports Council, and a number of representatives of the Council.

Al Jasmi confirmed that the meeting resulted in identifying areas of coordination and cooperation between the two sides, praising the interest of the Ministry of Sports and the Elite Committee in enhancing communication with the Council, especially since nurturing sports talent requires continuous follow-up and investing in the capabilities available in Sharjah clubs to support the elite and hone the skills of talented players.
