The Healthcare Authority announces the winners of the 2025 Excellence Awards at the sixth annual international forum
The General Health Care Authority announced the results of the General Health Care Authority’s Excellence Awards for the year 2025, some of which were presented this year by Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, the Council of Ministers, as part of the activities of the Authority’s sixth annual international forum, “From Vision to Expansion: We Raise Health Care to International Standards.”
Dr. Ahmed Al-Sabki, Chairman of the Health Care Authority and General Supervisor of the Health Insurance Project, explained Al-Shamel said that the excellence awards that were announced at the sixth annual international forum, “From Vision to Expansion: We Raise Health Care to International Standards,” were presented to the most distinguished members of the General Authority for Health Care and its branches and affiliated medical facilities in the six governorates, “Port Said, Luxor, Ismailia, South Sinai, Suez, Aswan.”
Noting that the application for these awards had been announced through the authority’s official pages on social media platforms. Social Affairs, noting that many experiences have been received that deserve to be shared and celebrated, and whose owners have proven that they have a reserve of minds and efforts that can achieve the impossible as long as there is will and good management, along with future cadres capable of making a difference in the level of health services provided to beneficiaries of the new comprehensive health insurance.
The Chairman of the Health Care Authority added that the excellence awards this year included 7 major awards, which are (Best Employee Award for 2025, Clinical Excellence Award for the year 2025, Healthcare Authority Future Leader Award, Best Primary Care Facility Award for 2025, Best Hospital Award for 2025, Authority Champion Award for 2025, Creativity and Innovation Award), in addition to honoring the mother with the inspiring journey of struggle and the families of the martyrs of the medical teams and “Umrah Awards”.
The honors began with institutional honor awards, where the Family Medicine Center won Hajer Al-Busailiya in Aswan Best Primary Care Facility Award, for its distinguished efforts in providing high-quality primary care services to beneficiaries, in addition to enhancing interaction with beneficiaries in a way that contributes to enhancing public health within the governorates of implementing the comprehensive health insurance system.
As for the Best Hospital Award for the year 2025, it was awarded to “Ismailia Medical Complex” for obtaining the JCI International Quality Accreditation as well as implementing the liver transplant program.
As for the Excellence Award, The clinical field went equally between Dr. Ahmed Madkour, “Head of the Endoscopy Department at Al-Shifa Medical Complex in Port Said,” and And Dr. Amir Al-Bastawisi, “Head of Cardiothoracic Surgery Departments at the Port Said Health Care Authority Branch.” , which made tangible achievements at the level of clinical excellence and performed many advanced, highly precise and skilled medical interventions that were performed for the first time for beneficiaries of comprehensive health insurance and made a difference in the lives of patients.
For the first time, the award for the mother with an inspiring journey of struggle, within the forum’s awards, went to “Fatima Al-Desouki Muhammad,” the mother of pharmacist “Jihad Kamel Muhammad.” "Mustafa Kamel Family Medical Center in Port Said".
Dr. Ashraf Hatem, Chairman of the Health Committee in the House of Representatives, Dr. Ahmed Al-Sabki, Chairman of the Health Care Authority, and Dr. Hani Rashid, Vice President of the Authority, also handed over Dr. Manar Massad Mansour, “Presidency of the Authority”, the Best Employee Award for the year 2025, in recognition of her role in implementing the digital transformation system in the facilities of the Care Authority in the governorates of the first phase of health insurance. Dr. Ahmed Saeed Hammad also received the “Presidency of the Authority”, the Future Leader Award, in recognition of the leadership traits he demonstrated and the management of teams during their work in the Authority during the implementation of the first phase of the comprehensive health insurance system, and his pioneering vision to achieve the Authority’s strategic goals.
The Administrative Excellence Award went to Dr. Mohamed Nashaat, for the remarkable development he demonstrated in the performance of the Upper Egypt region during his tenure. His presidency.
As for the “Hero of the Authority” award, For this year, it was awarded to Dr. Muhammad Ayoub, “Presidency of the Authority,” in recognition of his exceptional role and continuous efforts in supporting the development process within the Authority, beyond the limits of his job duties.
Also, the “Creativity and Innovation Award for the Year 2025” was awarded to Dr. Muhammad Ayoub.
