The mandatory time limit for evacuating Car repairs in the Al-Hamdaniya neighborhood, starting tomorrow, Monday, December 1, 2025 AD. The decision comes within the plan to transfer the repair activity to the new model site south of Jeddah, which is one of the components of the metal assembly city project, and aims to create a civilized and safe environment that brings together workers in the used spare parts sector in an organized and unified scope.

The Jeddah Municipality indicated that the project covers an area of 1.9 million square meters, including 850 thousand square meters of area. Rental distributed over 291 plots of different sizes, in addition to commercial and service areas, which provides various rental options for investors and enhances Investment infrastructure readiness.

The new site features commercial shops, parking lots, mosques, labor housing, and public restrooms, in addition to a network of roads and pedestrian paths designed with advanced safety and urban planning standards. The Jeddah Company is also working to complete the supporting services, including a new power station within the metal assembly city.

The secretariat confirmed that the move to the new site will bring about an important organizational shift in The agricultural sector, by unifying procedures, raising the efficiency of operating the activity, and improving the level of service provided to customers and investors, in a way that keeps pace with the economic growth of the city.

It is noteworthy that the Jeddah Development and Urban Development Company has begun since May 2025 signing contracts for beneficiaries and handing over the lands after the preparation work is completed and reservations reach 100%, with the complex being fully operational by the end of this year.
