The Emirates Society for Parental Care celebrates the 54th Union Day in Ras Al Khaimah

Ras Al Khaimah, 2 December / WAM / The Emirates Society for Parental Care – Ras Al Khaimah Branch, in cooperation with the Asayel Heritage Foundation to organize events under the slogan “United”, celebrated the 54th Federation Day of the country, amid a wide official and community presence and a national atmosphere full of pride and belonging.
The ceremony was attended by Sheikh Khalid bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Mualla, Member of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Society for Parental Care and Director General of the Society’s branches, Her Excellency Naima Abdullah Al Sharhan, Member of the Federal National Council, Her Excellency Salem Rashid Al Maftool, Member of the Federal National Council, His Excellency Ahmed Obaid Al Tunaiji, Director General of the Department of Antiquities and Museums in Ras Al Khaimah, Mohammed Saleh Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Asayel Heritage Foundation for Organizing Events, Nadia Saleh Al Nuaimi, Member of the Society’s Board of Directors and Head of the Administrative Body of the Ras Al Khaimah Branch, and a number of Officials, community figures, and a large audience participated in celebrating this dear national occasion.
The event included artistic and heritage events, including an exhibition of handicrafts, and performances by the military band, which received great interaction from the audience, in addition to patriotic performances presented by female students of Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Educational Charitable Schools, and the “Bride’s Flower” segment presented by members of the association.
His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Saeed bin Tahnoun bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Honorary President of the Emirates Society for Parental Care, said that Union Day is an occasion in which we remember the efforts of the founding fathers, and draw inspiration from the values of union and cohesion among the people of the nation.
He added that the broad community participation we are witnessing today reflects the depth of belonging and sincerity of loyalty to the UAE and its wise leadership.
For his part, His Excellency Counselor Ahmed Salem Soudin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Association for Parental Care, stressed that the celebration of the 54th Union Day embodies the spirit of unity that brings together the people of the Emirates, indicating that the Association is always keen to consolidate national values in the souls of generations.
He said, “Today, we celebrate the journey of a nation that has made solid achievements and presented a global model in development and humanity. We are pleased to contribute to highlighting this national legacy through activities that reflect the identity of the Emirates and its authentic heritage.”
For his part, Sheikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Mualla said that celebrating the 54th Union Day is an occasion in which we renew our pride in the UAE’s journey and its continuous achievements, and during which we recall the efforts of the founding fathers who laid the foundation of this lofty nation, and in which we affirm our loyalty to our wise leadership, and our determination to continue working to serve the UAE and strengthen its position among nations.
For his part, Mohammed Saleh Al Nuaimi said: The 54th Union Day is an occasion in which we renew loyalty to the nation and its leadership, and we express our pride in the renaissance and progress that the UAE has achieved, and we are proud to participate in activities that highlight our heritage and identity, and embody the spirit of union that brings together the people of this generous nation.
For her part, Nadia Al Nuaimi stressed that Union Day represents an annual milestone to enhance responsibility towards the nation and consolidate the meanings of loyalty and belonging in society.
The participants concluded the 54th Union Day event by expressing their happiness at the event that combined authenticity, heritage, and national values, affirming their love and loyalty to the UAE and its wise leadership. Government agencies in the emirate, shareholders, participating officials, media figures, and social media influencers were honored.
