The Governor of Giza follows up on the regular opening of electoral committees in the eighth district "Imbaba and Al-Munira Al-Gharbiyya"

Engineer Adel Al-Najjar, Governor of Giza, followed, from within the Emergency and Public Safety Control Center, the regular opening of all electoral committees in the eighth district “Imbaba and Al-Munira Al-Gharbiyya,” coinciding with the start of the first day of the House of Representatives elections. The Governor of Giza indicated that the committees began receiving voters in the first hours of opening their doors, within 24 electoral centers and 62 subcommittees, with a total of 533,907 voters in the eighth district, “Imbaba and Al-Munira Al-Gharbiyya.”
Some electoral centers witnessed a gradual influx of citizens to cast their votes, amid strict organizational and security measures to ensure the smooth running of the electoral process. The governor explained that all executive agencies in the governorate are working at full capacity to ensure the regularity of the electoral process, and to provide various means of support and necessary facilities to voters. He also stressed the continued convening of the Central Operations Room and the Emergency and Public Safety Control Center to follow up on the situation moment by moment, and continuous coordination with the concerned authorities to deal immediately with any developments.
Engineer Adel Al-Najjar stressed the governorate’s full commitment to providing a safe and orderly climate for the conduct of the electoral process, reflecting a civilized and honorable image of democratic participation.
