Peskov explained during a press conference that the Russian side expressed acceptance of a number of points contained in the plan, while reservations were made on others.
He indicated that the dialogue is still open and that the evaluation of the terms is being conducted in accordance with Russian national security considerations and the requirements for ending the conflict through political and diplomatic means.
