المملكة: Friday weather in Saudi Arabia: thunderstorms, winds in 8 regions, and dense fog in the Eastern Province

Advertise, details expected today, Friday, in the Kingdom, warning of thunderclouds and winds in parts of 8 regions, in addition to fog formation in the Eastern Province.
While it is expected that rainy thunderclouds will continue to form, accompanied by active winds, over parts of the regions of Asir, Al-Baha, Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Medina, Hail, Al-Jawf and the northern border, as well as over parts of the Tabuk region.
Red Sea
- Surface winds: easterly to southeasterly at a speed of 10-30 km/h in the northern and central parts and at a speed of 20-40 km/h in the southern part, reaching 50 km/h towards the Bab al-Mandab Strait.
- Wave height: from half a meter to a meter in the northern and central parts and from one to two meters in the southern part. It reaches a height of two meters towards the Bab al-Mandab Strait.
- Sea state: Light waves in the northern and central parts, and medium waves in the southern part, reaching wavy towards the Bab al-Mandab Strait.
Arabian Gulf
- Surface winds: northerly to northwesterly in the northern and central parts, and easterly to northeasterly in the southern part, at a speed of 10-30 km/h, reaching 50 km/h, with thunderclouds forming. Rainy weather over the southern part.
- Wave height: from half a meter to one meter, up to two meters, with rainy thunderclouds forming over the southern part.
- Sea state: Light wave reaching wavy, with rainy thunderclouds forming over the southern part.
