Professional Cup: Al-Wahda scores three goals against Al-Jazira

Al-Wahda continued its series of positive results, and was able to achieve a well-deserved victory outside its home base at the expense of Al-Jazira, in the first leg of the semi-finals, which brought them together today, Friday, at Mohammed bin Zayed Stadium.
Their Excellencies entered the match with a strong start, when Reza Ghandipour succeeded in breaking the offside trap and being alone in the goal before confidently putting the ball into the net, announcing the goal of the early advance for Al-Wahda 12.
Al Jazira almost quickly returned to the atmosphere of the match after winning a perfect penalty kick, but Nabil Fekir missed it after a wonderful save by the brilliant goalkeeper Zayed Al Hammadi (21).
Before the end of the first half, Gendi Bor continued his brilliance and added the second goal for Al-Anabi after a precise pass from Dusan Tadic put him in front of the goal, and he fired a powerful shot that settled in the top left corner (41).
Al-Wahda was not satisfied with what it presented in the first session, as it returned in the second half and intensified its attacking attempts against Al-Jazira’s goal, so that substitute Momodou Gatta was banned, after he obstructed Tadic inside the penalty area, so the latter took the kick successfully, scoring the third goal “55”.
