Dubai is an ideal stop to go global

Players participating in the Al Habtoor International Women’s Tennis Challenge Championship in its 28th edition confirmed that the tournament has become a pivotal station in their development journey, due to the high-quality competitive environment it provides and a professional atmosphere that keeps pace with international standards, and they added that Dubai is an ideal station to launch into the world.
The players confirmed in press statements that the event, which is classified in the 100-point category under the supervision of the International Tennis Federation (ITF), is no longer just a seasonal tournament, but rather a real platform for artistic advancement and honing of expertise, especially with the diversity of levels of participation between veteran stars and rising players seeking to prove their presence on the global stage.
The tournament, which won the International Federation’s Excellence Award in recognition of the level of its organization, received wide praise from female players who considered that the modern stadiums it provides, a well-thought-out competition schedule, and integrated logistical services make it one of the most important stations influencing the development of female players during the season.
Hungarian Dalma Galfi, first seed and former world junior champion, confirmed that her return to the tournament after a five-year absence came out of confidence in her artistic value, noting that her first participation in 2019 represented a turning point in her career. She added that the current version has become stronger and closer in levels, which enhances the players’ readiness to compete in major tournaments, stressing that Dubai is one of her favorite cities because of the stimulating environment it provides to provide the best performance.
For her part, Russian Vera Zvonareva (41 years old) praised the supportive atmosphere that the tournament used to provide for female players, stressing that her annual attendance in Dubai comes due to the facilities and services it enjoys that help her continue competing despite her long career. She said that most female players prefer to compete in the preparation stage in Dubai, thanks to the level of organization that is comparable to major international tournaments.
Slovakian Viktoria Hronchakova, who is making her ninth appearance in the event, also explained that her continued appearance in the tournament reflects her confidence in its importance within her preparations program for the new season, especially before the Australian Open. She stressed that the strength and competitiveness of the matches contribute to developing her physical and technical readiness, which makes her participation in Dubai an essential part of her annual plans.
In the same context, Czech Vendola Valdamanova expressed her gratitude for participating in this edition, noting that she will celebrate her 18th birthday in Dubai, which gives a special character to her participation. She stressed that the perfect organization and friendly atmosphere between the players give the tournament a unique character that pushes everyone to give their best on the field.
