Al-Jabaliya congratulates the Minister of Youth and Sports, who chairs the Intergovernmental Committee CIGEPS
Engineer Hani Abu Rida, President of the Egyptian Football Association, and members of the Federation’s Board of Directors extended their sincere congratulations to Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, on the occasion of his victory and assumption of the position of Chairman of the Intergovernmental Committee for Physical Education and Sports (CIGEPS) of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
Abu Rida said in his congratulations that Dr. Ashraf Sobhi’s victory in this high position confirms Renewing Egyptian leadership in the fields of science and knowledge, as well as sports, and the ability and competence of its people to hold international positions, noting that this achievement embodies Egypt’s soft power and its pivotal role in the world, wishing success to Dr. Ashraf Sobhi in his new mission to advance the mission of UNESCO, in a way that reflects the greatness of the Egyptian will.
