Results of the Spanish King’s Cup draw.. These are the matches between Barcelona, Real Madrid and Atletico

The draw for the round of 32 of the Spanish King’s Cup for the 2025/2026 season, which took place today, witnessed four matches that are considered the most prominent, as it put the giants of Spanish football in direct confrontation with clubs from the lower divisions, which promises great excitement.
The four main confrontations are: Guadalajara vs. Barcelona, Talavera de la Reina vs. Real Madrid, Atletico Baleares vs. Atletico Madrid, and Ourense vs. Athletic Bilbao.
The big four participating in the Spanish Super Cup, namely Barcelona (the defending champion), Real Madrid (last year’s runner-up), Atletico Madrid, and Athletic Bilbao, joined the 28 teams that succeeded in getting past the second round last week. It was decided to play all matches in a single-match format, which will be played between Tuesday, December 16 and Thursday, December 18.
Guadalajara, which is threatened with relegation in the third division, hosts Barcelona, the 32-time cup holder, after the team reached this stage following the exclusion of Casereinho and AD de Ciota.
Real Madrid is preparing to visit Talavera de la Reina’s El Prado stadium in its first match in the cup, in a historic confrontation that is the first between the two teams ever in this tournament.
Talavera, currently languishing in the relegation zone in the third division, faces the encounter after eliminating Rayo Majadahonda and the ancient club Malaga.
The tournament also witnesses a historic confrontation between Atletico Baleares and Atletico Madrid at the Balearic Stadium in Palma de Mallorca. Atletico Baleares is the only team remaining from the second division, and it enjoys high confidence after the recent elimination of Espanyol.
Ourense Club, which has already proven its worth by eliminating two first-class teams, Real Oviedo and Girona, will meet its guest, Bilbao, the 2024 cup holder who has won 24 titles in its history.
The draw, in which former German star Bernd Schuster participated, resulted in a single confrontation bringing together two first-class teams, when Deportivo Alaves will meet Seville, while Real Betis will face Real Murcia, the third-tier competitor.
