What is the penalty for the perpetrator of the accident that ran over Liverpool fans?

The British man who ran over Liverpool fans during the club’s parade celebrating the English Premier League title last May was sentenced to 21 years and six months in prison.
The British man was sentenced to prison yesterday after causing more than 130 injuries when he rammed his car into a crowd of Liverpool football team fans, after he admitted to a total of 31 criminal charges related to the incident.
Prosecutors said that 54-year-old Paul Doyle drove his car into a crowd of fans, hitting adults and children, knocking them over or dragging them under his car simply because he lost his temper.
