In each of the thirty cases in which Pichier was tried, the six-member jury and three specialized judges had to decide whether to convict or acquit Pichier.
The crimes date back to the period extending from 2008 and 2017, which took place in two private clinics in Besançon, and affected patients between the ages of 4 and 89 years.
