In addition to planning the volume of traffic to and from these centers currently and in the future, and linking them to roads appropriate to their function (fast, collective, local, arterial), to ensure faster and more efficient transportation.

The Saudi Road Code is a comprehensive technical reference. To all agencies responsible for roads in the Kingdom, including ministries, city development authorities, regional secretariats, and municipalities of cities and governorates, as it aims to enable these agencies to access the information necessary to plan, design, implement, operate and maintain roads of all types, taking into account environmental aspects and the requirements of autonomous vehicles.
