Declare The Board of Grievances announces the opening of registration in Hackathon"Judicial intelligence" It is being held for the first time to compete for the best innovative ideas in sustainable solutions and strategies to take advantage of modern technologies in enhancing the efficiency of judicial procedures at the Board of Grievances and their management, facilitating work between its departments and departments, and improving its judicial and regulatory outcomes.

The Board of Grievances has set Sunday, December 28, 2025, as the date for the start of the hackathon registration period, which extends until January 20, 2026, with the aim of supporting talents and encouraging Innovations in the fields of digitization and Artificial Intelligence.

The Board of Grievances extended an invitation to those with specialization, expertise, and university students to participate, individually, in teams consisting of three to five individuals for each team, the leader of which is a Saudi national or a faculty member who is at least 18 years old, provided that all team members register via the hackathon page on the Board of Grievances digital portal.

The work of the Board of Grievances

During the registration period, it is required to submit a comprehensive initial presentation of the team’s idea, taking into account its feasibility of actual and legal implementation, and that modern technology be a tool for its implementation with the quality and consistency that this requires, with an emphasis that the idea is innovative and related to the nature of the work of the Board of Grievances, and that when implemented, it includes a creative impact and the ability to develop and sustain.

And specify The Board of Grievances has two competition tracks within the Judicial Intelligence Hackathon; The first track revolves around artificial intelligence and its creative solutions to serve the administrative judiciary, and its challenges are represented in reducing procedural violations and failures in digital judicial sessions, reducing the number and types of applications for filing claims and accelerating their sorting.

While the second track is based on digital innovation to facilitate the beneficiary’s journey, and its challenges are represented in simplifying the procedures for attaching and completing documents when submitting a case, in addition to innovations to facilitate the access and use of the services of the Board of Grievances for people with disabilities and the elderly.

Attracting creative ideas

The Board of Grievances has set January 23, 2026 AD as the date for announcing the final teams, and the 28th of the same month to hold sessions to discuss draft ideas and introduce them remotely.

The application of this modern method in attracting creative ideas comes from the belief of the leadership of the Board of Grievances in the importance of developing the performance of its judicial departments and departments, and all the tools it uses, in order to achieve its strategic goals in Improving litigation procedures in administrative courts and reducing the time required to complete lawsuits, leading to more leadership opportunities.
