Distribute the center King Salman Relief and Humanitarian Work on Monday delivered food baskets to affected families in The destroyed Jabalia camp north of the Gaza, in response to the growing needs of families facing harsh living conditions and food shortages, as thousands of residents live in tents after the majority of the camp’s homes were destroyed.
This comes within the Saudi popular campaign to provide relief to the brotherly Palestinian people in the Strip.

Hard-to-reach areas

The Saudi Center for Culture and Heritage – the implementing partner of the King Salman Center in the Gaza Strip – took over the field distribution process, and it took place according to an organized mechanism aimed at ensuring that food baskets reach the most families. In need inside the camp, the northern areas are considered high-risk, and are difficult to reach due to ongoing challenges.
The beneficiary families expressed their deep thanks and gratitude to the government and people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, for the humanitarian support it provided that contributed to alleviating the severity of the suffering they are experiencing, stressing that this aid arrived at an extremely difficult time, and constituted real assistance in the face of food scarcity and harsh living conditions.

77 aircraft and 8 Ships

traveled the Kingdom represented by At the King Salman Relief Center, an air bridge and another sea bridge have so far reached 77 aircraft and 8 ships, carrying more than 7,699 tons of food, medical and shelter supplies, in addition to the arrival of 912 trucks to the Gaza Strip, carrying on board quantities of food aid, shelter supplies, medical materials, ambulances, devices and equipment, and 20 ambulances were delivered to the Palestinian Red Crescent Society.
In addition, the center signed agreements With international organizations to implement relief projects inside the Strip worth 90 million and 350 thousand dollars, in addition to implementing airdrop operations in partnership with Jordan to overcome the closure of the crossings and secure the arrival of aid.
This comes as a confirmation of the Kingdom’s firm position through its humanitarian arm, the King Salman Relief Center, in supporting the brotherly Palestinian people in various crises and tribulations, embodying its noble values and humanitarian mission.
