The gathering pointed to the vital role played by the medical system in serving patients, by providing integrated health care, and harnessing medical and technical personnel to support diagnostic, preventive, therapeutic and awareness needs, according to pre-prepared operational plans that take into account the density of the number of visitors and pilgrims.

It is noteworthy that Ajyad Emergency Hospital and Al-Haram Hospital are considered the closest to the Grand Mosque, and are operating at full capacity around the clock.

In addition to field emergency centers in the corridors of the Grand Mosque, affiliated with the two hospitals, they provide their services to visitors, pilgrims and residents in accordance with procedures and protocols approved by the Ministry of Health.
