“Shrey”: Recommendation to distribute profits for 2025… and lease vehicles for 61.4 million riyals
Yesterday, the Board of Directors of Shree Trading Company recommended distributing cash dividends to shareholders for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2025.
The company said in a statement on its website "Saudi Arabia trading"The total amount distributed is 15 million riyals, while the share of the distribution is 0.5 riyals.
She added that the eligibility for dividends for shareholders who own shares will be at the end of trading on the day of the company’s general assembly (and those registered in the company’s shareholder register at the deposit center at the end of the second trading day following the date of the assembly). Trading Company awarded a project to rent 922 vehicles with the Riyadh Municipality.
The company said: The value of the project is estimated at 61.4 million riyals, for a period of 3 years.
It expected that the financial impact of this project on the company’s results would appear as of the third quarter.
