The employer’s profile information must be complete and up-to-date.
The employer must have a domestic worker.
The worker or domestic worker must have a valid residency.

Steps for transferring the salary through Musaned

Salary transfer by the employer (outside the Musaned platform)
Log in to the electronic wallet or bank
Enter the service – Domestic worker salaries
Choose The domestic worker
Transferring the salary of the domestic worker
Viewing salaries (inside the Musaned platform)

Log in to the Musaned platform
Clicking on the option "Employment" From the main menu
Select the domestic worker whose financial transactions you want to view
Click on the option "View details"
For salary details, click on "an offer"

And Insurance service for domestic workers’ contracts In line with the Ministry’s efforts to develop the recruitment sector and protect the rights of the domestic worker and the employer, the Ministry had previously launched the Wage Protection Program for domestic workers, to preserve the rights of domestic workers’ wages in the Kingdom, and the Unified Contract Program for the recruitment of domestic workers stipulates the existence of a unified contract binding on both parties to the contract that preserves the contractual rights and defines the obligations on both parties, in addition to setting a higher ceiling for the recruitment of domestic workers for a number of countries, and many joint agreements.
