"A.W" hero "Symbol" In the President’s Cup for Falconry
ABU DHABI, 18 JANUARY / WAM / The competitions for the thirteenth edition of the President’s Cup for Falconry continued today on its eighth day, organized by the Abu Dhabi Falconers Club, in Al Falah Square in Abu Dhabi.
The falcon “AW”, by Jumma Abdullah Al Falahi, won first place in the symbol race for the public, Malak – Qarmousha Jir Farkh. Second place was won by the falcon “Honor”, by Abdullah Nasser Salem Saqr Al Mansouri, and the falcon “Val”, by Rashid Suhail Majid bin Saqr Al Marri, came third.
The first-half competitions for the general category Malak – Qarmousha Jeer Farkh resulted in the falcon “Dhaja” by Obaid Saif Khalifa bin Samha Al Shamsi winning first place, the falcon “G2” by Ahmed Rashid Mohammed Al Khaili came second, and the falcon “56” by Saif Ahmed Saif Al Maqoudi Al Falasi came in second.
The falcon “G20”, by Mohammed Saif Ghanem Al Ali, topped the second half of the general category Malak – Qarmousha Jire Farkh, and the falcon “DOP”, by Khalifa Abdullah Hallis Al Falasi, came second, and third was the falcon “Shock”, by Marwan Mohammed Ahmed bin Mejren.
The falcon “Lusail”, owned by Khalifa Abdullah Halees Al Falasi, dominated the first place in the general category, Malak Qarmousha Jir – Jernas, and the falcon “G2”, owned by Juma Abdullah Al Falahi, came second, and third was the falcon “Qamra”, owned by Obaid Saif Khalifa bin Samha Al Shamsi.
The second half in the General Category, Malak – Qarmousha Jir Jarnas, witnessed the victory of the Falcon “94”, by Abdullah Rashid Ahmed Al Mana Al Mansouri, second came the Falcon “Qamra”, by Nasser Bathan Sultan Al Mansouri, and third came the Falcon “1”, by Muhammad Saeed Abdullah Al Mansouri.
Tomorrow, the championship competitions will continue with the open general race competition in the gear category – Farkh and Jarnas, and the symbol race at Al Falah Square in Abu Dhabi.
