Dar Al Ber launches its Ramadan campaign to contribute to supporting approximately 1.4 million beneficiaries

Today, Dar Al Ber Association announced the launch of an exceptional, expanded Ramadan campaign for the holy month of Ramadan for the year 1447 AH – 2026 AD. Its charitable projects and initiatives extend to include the United Arab Emirates and 24 countries around the world, contributing to supporting approximately 1.4 million beneficiaries.

The association continues its efforts to attract donations and charity for the benefit of the campaign by opening the doors of giving to benefactors and good people from the nation and residents of its land, in addition to public and private sector institutions within the country, in confirmation of its humanitarian message and commitment to the values ​​of solidarity and compassion embodied by the blessed month of Ramadan.

This campaign comes in line with the directives of the wise leadership and state policies aimed at consolidating the status of charitable and humanitarian work and enhancing its role in meeting the needs of the most needy groups and achieving a sustainable humanitarian impact at the local and international levels.

The CEO and Managing Director of Dar Al Ber Society, Abdullah Ali bin Zayed Al Falasi, confirmed that the Ramadan campaign sets its sights on charitable goals and high-level humanitarian ambitions towards supporting the poor and those with limited income inside and outside the country, which includes many countries and providing their food, living and material requirements.

He pointed out that the total estimated costs for this year’s seasonal campaign projects and initiatives amount to 10 million dirhams, including 7 million dirhams within the UAE and 3 million dirhams for projects outside the country.
He said that one of the most prominent seasonal Ramadan projects included in the campaign is “Iftar for the fasting person,” which benefits 350,000 fasting people inside the country at a cost of up to 3.5 million dirhams, where 11,600 meals will be distributed daily to fasting people in 27 locations in Dubai, Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah, and Iftar for fasting people outside the country, which benefits 661,188 fasting people at a cost of one million dirhams through the distribution of cooked meals or food baskets. Enough for 5 people on average, and the Zakat Al-Fitr project; Which benefits 48 thousand people inside the Emirates at a cost of 1.2 million dirhams, and outside the country about 621 thousand and 140 beneficiaries at a cost of up to 1.8 million dirhams, and the “Eid Al-Fitr Clothing” project, which will include 530 families inside the country at a cost of 320 thousand dirhams, and outside the country about 33 thousand and 327 beneficiaries at a cost of 170 thousand dirhams.
He stated that “Dar Al Ber” aims to distribute food baskets to 5,700 families as part of its seasonal program “Ramadan Meer” to needy families within the Emirates, with a total value of two million dirhams. Whether by providing basic food supplies or purchase coupons.

Al Falasi stressed that the campaign also includes under its umbrella 12 permanent and fixed charitable projects throughout the year that the association presents during the blessed month, which are zakat money, building mosques, therapeutic projects directed to low-income patients, relief projects, charitable endowments, alms for sacrifices, supporting orphan projects, scientific programs, digging artesian wells, penances, food baskets, and a variety of other aid.

He stressed that the association is harnessing its energies, its work teams, its material and logistical capabilities, and its extensive and extended humanitarian expertise to ensure the success of the Ramadan campaign, present a model version this year, translate its community charitable goals, support those who are fasting, the poor and the needy, and meet their needs.

Al Falasi added that the association works entirely in its Ramadan campaign under the umbrella of the state’s policy and approach in the humanitarian charitable sector and in accordance with the values ​​and traditions of its good people and its humanitarian charitable heritage, and adheres to the values ​​of the UAE, which are based on tolerance, moderation, moderation, transparency, governance and sustainability in charitable work.

Al Falasi appealed to philanthropists and the well-to-do to contribute to the campaign to enable it to achieve its humanitarian and charitable goals and to support needy groups and meet their needs during the holy month of Ramadan. He pointed out the possibility of donating to the campaign through several easy methods, such as the association’s website and smart applications, or through “Dar Al Ber” representatives in commercial centers, or by visiting its customer service centers in the emirates of the country or by calling the toll-free number 80079.
