Al-Nasr falters in front of the Syrian unit in the “Dubai Basket”

The basketball team at Al-Nasr Club suffered a loss to its Syrian guest, Al-Wahda, by a margin of 12 points, with a score of (75-87), in a match between them today, Saturday, for the first group competitions, at the opening of the second round of the Dubai International Championship group tournament, which is currently being held in its 35th edition at the Rashid Bin Hamdan Hall, and extends until the first of next February.

To guarantee its victory, Al-Wahda needed its players to gain the advantage with the results of the first and third quarters (31-19 and 19-13), while the Al-Nasr players gained the advantage with the results of the second and fourth quarters with the results of (20-16 and 23-21), which was not enough for the “Dean” to return with the result of the match.

Al-Nasr suffered its second consecutive defeat in the tournament, after losing yesterday on the opening day to Al-Ittihad of Libya with a score of (70-106).
