Declared The results of the second phase of , and , and electronic stores, with the aim of raising the quality of services and improving the experience of beneficiaries.

This step comes to enhance the establishments’ compliance with approved standards, and to enable consumers to make purchasing decisions based on reliable data.

Evaluation of car dealerships

The evaluation of car dealerships included 24 dealerships that were subject to 16 standard indicators, focusing on the abundance of the most requested cars and waiting lists.

The basic standards for this sector included data Inventory, reservations, after-sales services, and the extent of commitment to preserving consumer rights.

In the electrical and electronic appliances sector, 18 agents and distributors were evaluated across 11 main criteria. The results highlighted the levels of compliance with consumer reports and the quality of maintenance services, which contributes to enhancing competitiveness among distributors.

Evaluation of 220 online stores

The evaluation also included 220 online stores according to 10 professional standards, which included documentation on the Saudi Business Center platform. The indicators focused on exchange and return policies, shipping mechanisms, and clarity of communication channels with consumers.

The Ministry stressed that building these standards came in partnership with consumers and the private sector to address field challenges. The Ministry continues to publish these results periodically in order to enhance the principle of transparency that it began since announcing the results of the first phase last year.
