المملكة: 106 million riyals to move Social Security children from need to production

Enter The Human Resources Development Fund and the Education Support Association “Taalam” today, Sunday, signed a qualitative agreement worth more than 106 million riyals, aiming to transfer the children of Social Security comes from the circle of need for production prospects and financial independence, under the patronage and presence of the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Engineer Ahmed Al-Rajhi.
The agreement was signed at the Ministry’s headquarters in Riyadh by the Director General of the Fund, Turki Al-Jaouini, and the Secretary-General of the Association, Dr. Adel Al-Omari, marking the beginning of a new phase of empowerment.
The agreement is based on the methodology of transforming beneficiaries from dependence on direct support to active participation in the national economy, by providing them with qualitative skills. It ensures their integration into the labor market.
Training and qualifying beneficiaries
Under this cooperation, the Fund will cover all financial costs for training and qualifying beneficiaries, which removes financial obstacles in front of them and opens the doors to a professional future for them free of charge.
The agreement focused on professional diplomas in high-demand specializations, including occupational safety and health, supply chain management, and organizing events, in addition to accounting and taxes.
This step comes as a continuation of For the successes of the Social Security Empowerment Program, which recorded a qualitative leap by empowering more than 23,000 beneficiaries during the first quarter of last year 2025.
Previous empowerment numbers exceeded the official targets of 21,246 beneficiaries, which reflects the effectiveness of these programs and their ability to create a sustainable social and economic impact for the most needy groups.
