Al Jazira completes the contract for the semi-finalists of the cup

The Al Jazira team reached the semi-finals of the President’s Cup, after beating its neighbor Baniyas by two goals to one, today, Monday, at Al Nahyan Stadium, in the quarter-finals.
“Abu Dhabi Pride” owes this victory to its player Bruno de Oliveira, who snatched the winning goal in the 87th minute, ending the match in its original time, after the match was heading towards extra time.
Al Jazira had broken the steadfastness of Baniyas’ defense by scoring the lead goal in the 40th minute through Vinicius Melo, before “Al Samawi” waited until the 86th minute to equalize through Suhail Al Noubi. However, the latter’s joy did not last long, as Oliveira appeared after only one minute, scoring the winning goal that gave his team a pass to the semi-finals.
“Abu Dhabi Pride” joined Al Ain, which qualified at the expense of Dibba, and Shabab Al Ahly, which succeeded in crossing Khor Fakkan, in addition to the surprise version of the United team, which continued its adventure by eliminating Al Wahda.
