المملكة: Inauguration of the developed Salmaniya Ambulance Center in Al-Ahsa


Al-Ahsa Governor, Prince Saud bin Talal bin Badr, inaugurated the developed Salmaniya Ambulance Centre, as a result Community partnership, to enhance ambulance services with the latest technologies and qualified personnel to serve the residents of the governorate quickly and efficiently around the clock.

The Governor of Al-Ahsa opened the new center in the presence of the director of the The Red Crescent Authority in Al-Ahsa, in a step aimed at improving the quality of emergency medical services provided to citizens and residents.

The project embodies a distinguished model of effective community partnership between the Authority and the private sector, in an effort to enhance the emergency infrastructure and support humanitarian initiatives that touch the needs of the community and support the health sector.

Leadership support for the ambulance sector

The Governor of Al-Ahsa praised, during his tour of the center’s departments, the generous support provided by The wise leadership of the ambulance sector, noting the heroic role of medical personnel in quickly responding to emergency cases and saving lives with high professional efficiency.

He reviewed the readiness of ambulance personnel and advanced vehicles, urging everyone to redouble efforts to provide the best humanitarian services that reflect the great development in the health system in the Kingdom.

The latest medical technologies

The director of the Saudi Red Crescent Authority’s office in Al-Ahsa, Dr. Fahd Al-Dosari, explained that The center was equipped with the latest medical equipment and smart technologies, to ensure the provision of superior health care, appreciating the continued support of His Highness the Governor, who overcomes obstacles to the development of ambulance services.

He stressed that the operation of this developed center will contribute significantly to reducing the response time to reports and raising the efficiency of operational operations in Al-Ahsa, keeping pace with the rapid population and urban growth in the governorate.
