Kalba dismisses Serbian coach Razovic… and contracts Iraqi Ghazi Fahd

Kalba Football Club Company announced that Iraqi coach Ghazi Fahd Al-Shammari was assigned to lead the first team of the “Tigers” in the current season of the ADNOC Professional League, after dismissing Serbian coach Vuk Razovic, due to mediocre results and performance, and the team fell from the fourth place in which it was at the end of the seventh round to the 11th place in the last round.
The company confirmed in a press statement that it had been agreed with Serbian coach Razovic to terminate the contract by mutual consent.
The Iraqi coach, Ghazi Fahd, previously trained the Kalba team in the middle of the 2023-2024 season, and led it to remain in the professional league, as well as reaching the semi-finals of the President’s Cup, and achieving a number of positive results after assuming the job, including an important victory over Al-Ain with a score of 2-1 in the quarter-finals of the tournament.
Ghazi Fahd is considered one of the best coaches who took turns coaching the Kalba team in the professional league, despite the short period of his supervision of the team. He also coached the Al Ain Reserve team for several years, and represented the Iraqi national team as a player during his football career.
