المملكة: “Qatif” and “Al-Baha” Agreement: A unified protocol that increases the efficiency of “dead affairs”

The agreement, which was held at the headquarters of the Al-Firdaws Association in Qatif, was signed by the Chairman of its Board of Directors, Hafez Al-Faraj, and his counterpart in the Jewar Association in Al-Baha, Saeed Al-Zahrani, inaugurating a new phase of joint integrated work.
A unified coordination mechanism
The terms of the partnership included launching a unified coordination mechanism for External transportation of bodies, which speeds up burial procedures and ends the suffering of the families of the deceased in searching for equipped means of transportation, in accordance with the approved statutory regulations.The two parties agreed to open all service facilities of the two associations for mutual use when needed, in a step aimed at maximizing the use of available assets and reducing financial and operational waste in the non-profit sector.
Unifying dealing protocols
The document stipulated the launch of joint training programs and workshops to qualify working cadres and volunteers, with the aim of unifying protocols for dealing with death cases and transferring professional knowledge between the crews of the two associations.The agreement focused on exchanging administrative and technical expertise to raise the efficiency of institutional performance, ensuring the provision of quality services that take into account the precise legal and humanitarian aspects in dealing with the affairs of the dead and their families.
The memorandum set the duration of the partnership for a full year, subject to renewal, with the commitment of both parties. By prior coordination for any joint activity to ensure full readiness to deal with various emergency situations with high professionalism.
This alliance comes based on the principle of integration between civil society institutions, and a desire from both parties to enhance community work and fill service gaps in the sector of honoring the dead in the Kingdom.
