“Mohammed bin Rashid Housing” launches “Bashaer Al-Khair”

The Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment announced the launch of the fourth edition of the “Bashaer Al-Khair” campaign, which aims to support about 2,500 needy families of the organization’s clients during the holy month of Ramadan, in cooperation with a number of government and private agencies, as part of its continuing efforts to enhance social solidarity and consolidate the values of giving and compassion in society. The campaign continues until the first day of Eid Al-Fitr, targeting families with limited income, orphans, and widows. Divorced women, and people of determination, in a way that contributes to supporting family stability and achieving quality of life for deserving groups.

This year, the campaign is supported and sponsored by a number of strategic partners, led by the Dubai Police (Esaad), the Endowments and Minors’ Funds Management Foundation, in addition to semi-governmental entities, such as Union Coop, in addition to Dubai Islamic Bank and a number of banks, institutions, charities and the private sector, including Viscapital Solutions, Paramonti, and Al Hashemi Hospitality Group, as part of the integration of national efforts to strengthen the social solidarity system during the holy month.

Within the “Bashaer Al-Khair” campaign this year, the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment is organizing 14 various Ramadan initiatives, including community initiatives directed to support needy families, senior citizens and people of determination, family initiatives to make families happy during the holy month, in addition to sports, entertainment and educational initiatives, interactive digital initiatives across social media platforms, and honorary initiatives to provide gifts and appreciate personalities and employees, which reflects the organization’s commitment to spreading the culture of goodness and enhancing community cohesion during the month of Ramadan. The Foundation’s Executive Director, Mohammed Hassan Al Shehhi, said that the “Good News” campaign represents one of the pioneering community initiatives that embodies the values ​​of giving and solidarity on which the UAE was founded.

He added: “With the launch of the fourth edition of this campaign, we affirm our commitment to supporting needy families and enhancing their stability during the holy month of Ramadan, in partnership with government and private agencies. Through this initiative, we are keen to reach the largest possible number of beneficiaries and establish a culture of social responsibility, in line with the vision of our wise leadership in providing a decent life for citizens.”

This edition comes as an extension of the successes achieved by the campaign in its previous years, as it contributed to supporting thousands of families and promoting the values ​​of compassion and solidarity in society, reflecting the pioneering societal role played by the Foundation.
