The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development revealed its efforts to preserve Contractual rights for support workers in the Kingdom, through a package of strict technical and regulatory legislation to protect more than 1.69 million beneficiaries, and enhance the transparency and stability of the recruitment market.

These development measures, which were implemented in partnership with the relevant authorities, contributed to documenting the contractual relationship electronically, which raised the level of governance and ensured that the parties obtained their full rights without delay.

The regulations took into account high flexibility in improving the contractual relationship, as they granted the worker the right to transfer to another employer in the event of a breach of the obligations concluded, in accordance with precise regulatory controls that guarantee justice.

The insurance policy provides comprehensive financial protection, compensating the employer for recruitment expenses in cases of interruption, refusal to work, death, or emergency health disability of the support worker.

Handling disputes and protecting Wages

In a step to address disputes, the “job interruption” service allowed employers to terminate the contract legally, while activating the labor mobility service according to strict conditions that prevent any tampering with the rights of both parties.

The wage protection program and the mandatory transfer of salaries through the approved official platforms contributed to significantly reducing the rate of labor disputes, blocking the way for any potential financial violations.

The Ministry strengthened the awareness aspect of workers before their arrival to the Kingdom, coinciding with the launch of a specific initiative to correct conditions. Absentee workers and pursuing irregular intermediaries in cooperation with the security authorities.

The supervisory teams continue their strict field campaigns to monitor fake offices through electronic follow-up and reports, stressing their continued commitment to developing the services of the “Musaned” platform to keep pace with the latest digital technologies and improve the beneficiaries’ experience.
