Distance education in Sharjah schools and nurseries for 3 days

The Sharjah Private Education Authority directed the principals of private schools and nurseries in the emirate to switch to the distance learning system for a period of three days, starting from Monday, March 2, until Wednesday, March 4.

According to the circular seen by Emirates Today, the decision includes all students and educational and administrative staff in educational institutions, obligating schools and nurseries to ensure the continuity of the educational process via distance learning platforms, and to activate the approved e-learning plans to ensure the continuation of lessons according to the specified study schedules. 

The Authority stressed the need for school administrations to inform students and parents of the mechanism for implementing distance education during the specified period, and to take the necessary organizational measures to ensure the readiness of students and teachers and the continuity of efficient provision of educational services.
