The Arab League affirms its refusal to undermine the sovereignty of Arab countries and condemns the Iranian attacks

The member states of the League of Arab States expressed their strong condemnation and denunciation of targeting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Arab countries that have been subjected to Iranian attacks, stressing that this is a blatant violation of international laws and conventions and the principles of good neighborliness, and it also entails serious risks that threaten the security and stability of the Arab countries and the entire region.
It affirmed in a statement distributed by the Arab League yesterday evening that the security of the Arab countries is an indivisible whole, and it categorically rejects any violation of the sovereignty of any of the Arab countries under any justification, calling on the Islamic Republic of Iran to immediately stop the escalatory actions, exercise reason, and not expand the scope of the conflict, with the dire and undesirable consequences that may result from that.
Member states also expressed their appreciation for the tireless efforts and diplomatic endeavors made by the Sultanate of Oman and a number of sister countries, led by the Arab Republic of Egypt and the State of Qatar, along with friendly countries, in an effort to spare the region the risks of escalation, stressing the importance of benefiting from those efforts.
