800 runners from 43 nationalities participate in the running race within the “Hafeet Challenge”

The running race in Jebel Hafeet and Green Mubazzarah topped the scene of the thirteenth day of the “Hafeet Sports Challenge”, with the participation of 800 competitors from 43 nationalities, and in the presence of the Director General of the Municipality of Al Ain City, Rashid Musabah Al Mani, and the Chairman of the Supreme Organizing Committee, Salem Rashid bin Hudayram Al Ketbi. 5 km for the advanced and open category.

It was noteworthy that among the participants in the race were the Secretary General of the Abu Dhabi Sports Council, Arif Hamad Al Awani, and the CEO of the Al Ain Investment Club, Rashid Abdullah, in a scene that reflects the societal dimension of the event and the keenness of sports leaders to support initiatives that promote the culture of sports and physical activity in society.

The 5 km race resulted in the runner Yasser Al-Shashawi winning first place after recording a time of 13:57 minutes, Ismail Al-Kharshi came in second place with a time of 14:02 minutes, while Noman Al-Assawi came in third place with a time of 14:17 minutes.

In the 3 km race, runner Abdul Samad Al-Habbaz took first place with a time of 9:16 minutes, followed by Muhammad Hajo in second place with a time of 9:29 minutes, while Nasser Al-Kaabi came in third place with a time of 9:53 minutes.

In the 1 km race, Ali Salah achieved first place with a time of 2:48 minutes, Rashid Abdullah Al-Allawi came in second place with a time of 2:49 minutes, while Ahmed Mishal Saleh came in third place with a time of 2:51 minutes.

In the 1 km People of Determination category, Mohammed Al Dhaheri won first place with a time of 5:48 minutes.

Shooting results
Ali Mubarak Omar Salem Omar won first place in the 9 mm pistol competition (men) with a score of 193 points, and Abdullah Al Naqbi came in second place with the same score, while Abdullah Saleh Abdullah Al Menhali came in third.

As for the Saktoun rifle competition (men), Nayef Saeed Al Kathiri won first place with 204.5 points, Hamdan Nasser Salem Al Mahrami came second with 204.2 points, while Muhammad Salem Saeed Al Qaidi came third with 203.8 points.
