He added "My family lives in Türkiye, and I have no way to contact them online. I have to make direct phone calls, which is very expensive, so I rarely hear from them"

Restrictions have also narrowed access to information, while users’ capabilities are largely limited to local platforms and local media, providing a partial picture of events.
