"Khalifa Educational" The stage of evaluating and judging the works of the candidates concludes in its 19th session

Abu Dhabi, March 31, 2026 – The General Secretariat of the Khalifa Educational Award, one of the institutions of the Zayed Humanitarian Legacy Foundation, announced the conclusion of the two stages of evaluating and judging works nominated for the nineteenth session, 2026, within the approved timetable for the current session, in preparation for announcing the names of the winners during the month of next April.
The General Secretariat explained that the works that passed the screening stage were subject to careful evaluation and arbitration, carried out by specialized scientific and educational committees, according to approved standards based on integrity, transparency and objectivity, taking into account the nature of each field of the award.
His Excellency Humaid Al-Hooti, Secretary-General of the Khalifa Educational Award, confirmed that the current session witnessed a wide turnout from the educational and academic fields and educational institutions, with participations representing more than 52 countries from various continents of the world, which reflects the growing confidence in the award and its prestigious position among the specialized educational awards at the regional and international levels.
He pointed out that the diversity of the participating countries and the breadth of their geographical scope reflect the positive impact of the award and its role in supporting distinguished educational initiatives and promoting a culture of excellence and innovation in education.
He explained that the evaluation and arbitration committees included an elite group of experts and specialists, who undertook the process of evaluating and judging the nominated works, analyzing their outcomes, and measuring their impact on developing learning environments and improving the quality of the educational process, especially with regard to the sustainability of the initiatives and their impact on the student and society.
The Secretary-General expressed his appreciation for the efforts made by the scientific and educational teams participating in the screening, evaluation and judging work, stressing that these efforts contribute to consolidating the standards of quality and excellence that the award follows in all its sessions.
He pointed out that the conclusion of these stages constitutes a pivotal step in the course of the current session, in preparation for announcing the names of the winners next April, with them being honored during the month of May.
